If, by the end of your first month’s rent, you find that you LOVE your chamber, and wish to keep it, your return shipping, sanitation fee, tax, and deposit, will be applied to the purchase price (see purchase prices on Home Page).
If, by the end of your first month’s rent, you find that you LOVE your chamber, and wish to keep it, your return shipping, sanitation fee, taxes paid, and deposit, will be applied to the purchase price (see purchase prices on Home Page).
If you decide to return the chamber, it is your responsibility as the renter to return the chamber in the original condition as delivered to you, in the original packaging.
In the event that the chamber is returned damaged, dirty, or missing components, there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to its original condition.
The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to 123HBOT: the cost of which varies depending on the location of the renter. Please call for pricing!
Taxes and Surcharges
There is NO tax on the purchase of medical equipment.
There IS a tax on rentals.
